As the Branch Administrative Supervisor, Monique provides exceptional client service and operational portfolio management support for Alan Redell. She joined Baird in September of 2022 after working eight years as the business and finance manager for a local parochial school and ten years in the banking and financial services industry. Monique is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She is a continuous and life-long learner that finds purpose in combining psychology and finance to help clients pursue their goals. Monique is a fully licensed general securities representative and is currently pursuing her Series 9 and 10 certifications to further advance her leadership goals.

Raised in Sheboygan for most of her life, Monique has strong roots in the Sheboygan area community. Monique enjoys caring for her three children, cooking, exercising and spending time with her husband. Monique is a past member of the Lakeshore Community Health Care board, has spearheaded numerous local fundraising events, and currently serves as an executive director for Theater for Young Audiences as treasurer. Beyond community involvement Monique is also a small business owner.
